Melissa Rodgers has led Raintree’s financial operations since 2010, providing oversight and accuracy to support sound decision-making. In 2025, she took on the additional role of Operations Director, expanding her involvement across day-to-day club functions. She thrives on opportunities to connect the pieces across departments—making them fit a little better and helping the club run as a cohesive whole. Through her engagement with HFTP, she brings practical insights and continuous learning back to her work at Raintree. She lives in rural Union County with her husband, Jason, and sons, Ben and Jaxon. When she’s not at work, she enjoys time at home and on adventures with her family—gardening with the “help” of her poodles, reading, playing games, exploring nature, and “counting credits” with her coaster-enthusiast son.
Danielle has been in the hospitality and tourism industry since the day she was born. Her parents owned a motel and restaurant in Watertown, New York, which led her to becoming a certified travel agent and renting homes in Italy and luxury vehicles in Switzerland. The sense of adventure had taken hold, and in 1999, she became a flight attendant, living in Boston, and several other cities on the East Coast. When it came time to stay home a bit more, she returned to college, earning a degree in Hospitality Management, and she has been in the Country Club business ever since. She finds herself to be lucky to have remained in an industry that she loves, where work doesn't seem like work.
In her free time, she enjoys football season, traveling, playing piano, cooking, playing tour guide to traveling friends, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs. [email protected]
