Tennis Summer Camp Form

Campers are not registered until you have received confirmation from the Tennis Shop.

"I understand that the 2026 Summer Camp is overseen by the designated personnel and its counselors are employed accordingly. In the event of an accident, illness, or medical emergency, the Summer Camp Staff will make an effort to promptly contact me. However, if I cannot be reached by telephone, I grant authorization for any medical or surgical treatment, x-rays, examinations, prescription drugs, etc., as deemed necessary by licensed medical professionals. I hereby release and waive any and all liability, claims, actions, or damages against the relevant entities and individuals associated with the 2026 Summer Camp, including but not limited to Raintree Country Club, its officers, directors, employees, staff, and affiliates, in connection with injuries incurred during participation in the camp.” 

Payment in full is required upon registration. Please make all checks payable to Marc Kantor (please no member charges). You can also Zelle Marc using his phone number: 980-721-1464. 

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to May 1st are permitted at no charge. After May 1st, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of your camp week are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the start of your camp week. 

Important Notice: If your child is taking any medications or has an allergy, please let us know immediately. Please give us in writing the type of medication needed and the time it is to be given, or explain what type of allergies your child has.
